Recovery From Hospital
Many people become unwell enough to need admission to hospital to be treated and to recover. However, even when you are ready for home, you may not be back to your usual level of activity. Coastal Mobile Physio can support you in getting stronger and moving better whilst you are recovering at home after a hospital stay.
-
Falls Management
As we age, the risk of serious falls becomes increasingly prevalent. The most important way to prevent this is through activity - including strengthening and balance exercise. Contact us to discuss how we can help you or your loved one in preventing falls and/or reducing risk of serious injury.
We can also provide physiotherapy post-falls , whether it is muscle strengthening, confidence work or balance and coordination improvement.
-
Care Homes
Not only can we provide physiotherapy within your own home, we are also able to work with care homes in our areas to provide both individual and group therapy. Keeping active is essential even for those requiring 24 hour care, and Coastal Mobile Physio aims to support in providing this wherever possible. If you are a care home provider wishing to provide therapy or exercise classes within your facility, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This may include fatigue management, functional adaptations, or even low-goal rehab for those who have small goals they wish to achieve - such as being able to walk around their garden holding their loved one’s hand!
